Nick's love for coding transpired when he was first introduced to C/C++ in his first semester of college at The Ohio State University in 2021.
Since his humble beginnings of learning how to use a print statement, he was able to complete a software design project that showcased his extensive knowledge that he'd learn throughout the year. Moreover, he was able to use C++ to program a microcontroller to produce an autonomous robot for his end-of-year robotics project.
Nick took on Java during his first software class at The Ohio State University in the Spring of 2022.
Using his newly learned knowledge about Object Oriented Programming, Nick was able to make a GUI Calculator which showcased his knowledge of the concept of Model-View-Controller, as well as a Glossary where Nick was able to use Maps and Queues to sort words and definitions from a text file to print them out onto an HTML file.
Nick picked up Swift at the end of his first year of university during June 2022.
After he finishes his Music Playlist Generator website, he wants to expand this idea into a fully fledged mobile application. He loves the idea of mobile app development and is also involved in the Mobile App Development club where he has many resources to create apps based off his many ideas.
Nick is currently learning Python.
He wants to program his Music Playlist Generator using Python to gain experience with the language.
